  DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. I had an appointment scheduled over a month out for 3:30pm. At 3:01 I received a call that my stylist was running 30min behind and I needed to push my appointment to 4pm. I wasn’t given any other option, so asked what my alternatives were. I was told I could arrive early in case my stylist caught up but my new appointment time was 4pm and I’d likely get done at 6:30. I expressed my concern as I had a commitment at 7:00 and needed time to commute.
  
  I arrived early per the recommendation and was greeted but never received an apology or a simple thanks for my flexibility. Fine. Not a big deal, things happen.
  
  4pm came and went. 4:05, 4:10, 4:15 all did too. No check in from anyone. No estimated time change, nothing. At this point we’re 50 minutes behind my original scheduled appointment and nobody that works there seems to care. I decide to leave because I literally could not think of a bigger waste of time.
  
  This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received, anywhere.
