  Embody health is the most no-nonsense fitness center I've ever been to. That's because these guys and gals have an INCREDIBLY supportive community and scientifically proven workouts. Everyone knows your name. There's tons of encouragement, and it feels like a place you can go to and just be yourself. It's like Cheers with burbees :) The place has a real "home-like" feel to it, if that makes sense. I never knew fitness could be this good! You really should check it out for yourself before all the spots are taken up (have you seen how many five-star reviews on Yelp???). Whatever your goals are, whatever your current fitness level, set an appointment with Embody. One class and you'll be hooked.
