  If you read all of the other reviews and know what to expect, this will be the best massage experience you've ever had. I'm in my 30's and I have SERIOUS back problems due to several car accidents (that were not my fault, just saying!). Needless to say, I've had countless hours of physical therapy, massage therapy, pain management, blah blah blah - this is the first thing I've tried that made a positive difference. I woke up this morning and I could barely move, now I feel amazing. My back doctor is actually the one who told me about this place (he and his wife go there on date nights!), and I ran in there today hoping it would help. $30 for an hour "foot massage" is an amazing whole body massage (I tipped him $10, so $40 total). Definitely wear gym clothes or sweats, anything loose fitting since you do keep all of your clothes on. I wore a sports bra with thin straps and he was able to work around it just fine, but I saw someone else recommend wearing a strapless bra - I'd say that'd be your best bet. I can never seem to get anyone to go deep enough, my ridiculous, knotted up muscles will shatter most hands! But he was awesome, and seemed to know exactly where my pain was. I didn't say a word, he just knew where to go. There's something about the energy there too. Maybe it's in my head, but I felt very peaceful and happy.
  I saw another review that warned women of the "handsy" men that work there. I've had several styles of massage, some are less personal than others. Nothing inappropriate was touched and I never felt like he was being "perverted", like someone else mentioned. But if you don't want your upper thighs and glutes massaged, this isn't for you. Again, you have your clothes on the whole time AND you're draped with a towel - definitely professional and non invasive.
  I'd highly recommend this place if you're in serious pain (or just want to feel fantastic). I'm so happy I found it, I'll be coming 1-2 times a week from now on!
